This tour is designed to combine culture, history and adventure in a single day. We will visit important Inca archaeological centers and then enjoy an exciting bicycle descent towards the city.

It is an excellent option for those who want to learn about the history of the Inca Empire and live an active experience at the same time.

Itinerary

Day 1

Tour itinerary

We begin with hotel pickup and head towards the impressive Inca archaeological centers located on the outskirts of Cusco:

  • Sacsayhuamán
  • Qenqo
  • Puka Pukara
  • Tambomachay

Each site will have an explanation guided by an expert.

Then we will visit the llama and alpaca sanctuary in Huayllarcocha, where we can also observe the Andean condor and visit a small museum.

After the cultural part, we begin the bicycle adventure along an ancient Inca trail that crosses viewpoints and forests of native trees. During the tour we will pass through small archaeological sites that are rarely visited.

The descent ends in the San Sebastián neighborhood. From there we can return to the hotel by transport or, if you wish, continue pedaling to the hotel.
