Durante nuestra estadía recorreremos las mejores rutas de Cusco y el Valle Sagrado, atravesando antiguos caminos incas y senderos naturales que nos llevarán a centros arqueológicos, minas de sal, aguas termales y pequeños cañones. Visitaremos pueblos de pastores con paisajes espectaculares y disfrutaremos de descensos de MTB únicos hasta llegar a la sagrada ciudadela de Machu Picchu.
Itinerary
Day 1
Cusco – Welcome day
Arrival in Cusco and reception by the team Kinti Biking at Velasco Astete airport. Transfer to the hotel in the city center to rest, assemble the bicycles and enjoy lunch. Later, we will explore the historic center, its viewpoints and the San Pedro Market.
Note: It is recommended to arrive before 12:00 pm to make the most of the first day.
Day 2
Cusco MTB Trails
After a delicious breakfast, we begin with favorite routes of local riders. After a 20-minute transfer to Abra de Corao (2,700 m), we will ride Huayllarcocha, Brogie, Copa Inca, Murciélago and Yuncaypata. These short routes offer fast sections, Inca trails, ramps, drops, banks, forests, rock gardens and technical areas. Each route will be traveled twice to maximize fun. The day culminates with a Urban DH through the streets of the San Blas neighborhood to the Plaza de Armas.
Day 3
Cusco EPIC Trails
After breakfast, 1 hour transfer to Cerro Picol (4,200 m). From here we will enjoy the route The shepherd, with fast trails, technical ridges and descents through fluid forests. The second route, Huaccoto Hard Line, it's more technical, with rock gardens and steep slopes. After the local lunch, we will ride the route The Witcher (4,200 m): enduro style that transforms into DH passing through ancient Inca roads. We finished with an urban DH back to the hotel and some frozen chelas in the Plaza de Armas.
Day 4
Sacred Salt Mines Ride
Today we will explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas. After a 1-hour transfer to the Raqchi viewpoint (Chinchero, 3,700 m), we will set up Huaynaqolqa, a technical Inca trail with steps and fluid trails. Then, in Maras, we will enjoy the route Salineras- fast and fun, with views of the salt pools and buffet lunch on the banks of the Sacred River. In the afternoon, we head to Misminay (3,700 m) for the route Enduro-DH, passing through Moray, with fluid sections, rock gardens and sharp curves. We finished at the Sacred Valley brewery before heading to Ollantaytambo
Day 5
Machu Picchu
Early departure to Aguas Calientes by train, following the right bank of the Urubamba River. Guided tour of the sacred citadel, including temples, squares and the Temple of the Condor. Lunch in Aguas Calientes and return by train to Ollantaytambo.
Day 6
Inca Avalanche – Perolnioc
He Inca Avalanche it is the most anticipated route, starting from 4,300 m near the snow-capped Wakaywillca (5,750 m). It combines fluid Inca trails, ramps, drops, wallrides, technical singletracks and rock gardens. Then, we'll ride Pumamarka, old Inca road on a thousand platforms, ending with an urban DH in the Plaza de Ollantaytambo. In the afternoon, the route Perolnioc it takes us through archaeological remains, waterfalls and a quick descent with sharp curves and technical areas. We culminate with artisanal chelas at the Valle brewery.
Day 7
The Other Side – Hot Springs Kicks
We start in Misminay with the route Play Station, fast singletrack with natural wallrides. Then we climbed to the heights for the route The Other Side, fluid, fast and with technical rock garden sections. After lunch in Ollantaytambo, we headed to the Melococha pass (4,400 m) for a enduro-freeride to the hot springs of Lares, where we will spend the night and enjoy the pools with hot waters.
Note: Accommodation in Lares is a simple but comfortable family home, with shared bathrooms and spectacular surroundings.
Day 8
Sacred Valley Rides
After breakfast, transfer to Abra de Lares (4,300 m) to set up your favorite route Lares, with screen slopes, Inca trails, rock gardens and fluid sections. We continue towards Ampalares to reach 4,600 m, the highest point of the adventure, enjoying panoramic views. We descend through fast singletracks, passing through pampas, streams and alpacas. We finished with urban DH in Calca and lunch with cold chelas in the square before returning to Cusco.
Day 9
Free Day
Free day in Cusco. Options: city tour a Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Pukapukara, Tambomachay, Temple of the Sun and Cathedral, relaxing massages or continue riding MTB around the city.
Day 10
Chinchero – Lamay
Transfer to Chinchero, start of the route with views of the Inca archaeological center and snow-capped Salkantay. Enduro trail that connects with Inca trails, DH, sharp curves, loose terrain and stands. Continue in Lamay, riding Huanco, fast and fluid with technical rock garden sections. In the afternoon, route from Zapacto (4,200 m), ending in Plaza de Lamay with cold chelas and return to Cusco.
Day 11
The Maximum Recharged
Return to Chinchero and ascent to the crest of the mountain. We start the Ridge Line, combining technical, fluid, enduro and DH areas with tight curves, stands, rock gardens and natural wallrides. After lunch in Urubamba, we will ride Holy DH and Chicon, championship circuits and fluid routes with spectacular views of the Sacred Valley. We culminate at the Willcamayu brewery with craft chelas and return to Cusco to celebrate the adventure.
Day 12
Travel Day
It's time to pack memories, new friendships and bikes after 12 days of epic adventures. Transfer to Cusco airport for the return trip home.

Recommendations
Arrive in Cusco at least one day before the start of the tour to facilitate acclimatization to the altitude.
Wear clothing suitable for different climates: cold in high areas and temperate climate in the Sacred Valley.

What level of experience is needed for this tour?
This tour is designed for intermediate to advanced riders who have previous experience on technical trails, long descents and varied terrain.
What type of bicycle is recommended for this tour?
A full suspension mountain bike is recommended, ideally enduro or all-mountain with a travel of 140–170 mm.
What is the weather like during the adventure?
The climate can vary quite a bit. In the high areas it can be cold, while in the Sacred Valley the climate is usually milder and more pleasant during the day.
How technical are the trails?
Some routes include rock gardens, hairpin turns, steep descents, Inca stands, and stretches of technical singletrack.
What happens if I have mechanical problems during a route?
The guides carry basic tools and essential spare parts to solve most mechanical problems during the routes.
