Payments and Cancellations
At Kinti Biking, we strive to provide flexible and transparent policies for all our riders. Please read our payment and cancellation terms carefully before booking your tour.
1. Payments
- To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the type of tour.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or in-person (subject to availability).
- All payments are processed securely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
2. Final Payment
- The full balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed.
- For last-minute bookings, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
3. Cancellations by the Customer
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
- 3 to 6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@kintibiking.com.
4. Cancellations by Kinti Biking
In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to:
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Unforeseen events or road closures
- Not meeting the minimum number of participants
If we cancel the tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour, depending on your preference.
5. Modifications and Rescheduling
- You may request to change your tour date at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- No rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the tour start.
